Songs that could slip onto a Thin Lizzy album and stand shoulder to shoulder with almost anything there" – Classic Rock Magazine

Fresh from the hugely successful tour in late 2013, Black Star Riders are set to hit the road in the UK  again this summer.

The band that features THIN LIZZY members Ricky Warwick, Damon Johnson, Scott Gorham and Marco Mendoza together with drummer Jimmy DeGrasso (Alice Cooper / Megadeth) will embark on a run of UK shows in July, presented by PLANET ROCK, together with a headline slot at Steel House Festival in South Wales.

Black Star Riders released their debut album All Hell Breaks Loose, on Nuclear Blast Entertainment in May 2013, to much critical acclaim and hot on the heels of this release, the band head back in the studio  in October to record the follow up record.  As yet untitled, the album will be produced by Def Leppard’s Joe Elliott with uber Engineer Ronan McHugh.
Ricky Warwick “Joe and myself have been best friends for years and as fans of the first BSR record, it was only natural to have Joe and Ronan work with us on the follow up. Joe & Ronan did a great job on the Thin Lizzy reissues a couple of years ago with Scott, so its great to have the dream team back together. We are very excited about what we can achieve with the new record and its great to play back in the UK again just before we head into the studio”
